We do not claim ownership of the works listed in the catalog. Catalog metadata, page structure and original site copy are ours. The comics are the property of their creators, publishers and licensors.
Reporting infringing content
If you own rights to a work, or are authorised to act for the owner, send a notice to dmca@anysex.website with the following:
- Your full name, organisation (if any), postal address and email address.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
- The exact URLs on anysex.website where the material appears.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
Valid notices are reviewed promptly. Content that is the subject of a valid notice is removed or disabled while the claim is assessed. We may ask for clarification if a notice is incomplete.
Counter-notice
If you believe content was removed in error, send a counter-notice to the same address with the URLs, the reasons the removal was mistaken, your contact details and a statement accepting jurisdiction where required. We may restore the content if the original claimant does not pursue the matter.
Repeat infringement
Accounts and uploaders that repeatedly trigger valid notices are blocked from contributing further content.
Third-party links and hosts
Some pages reference external hosts, advertisers or services. We do not control their content, availability or policies, and their terms apply when you visit them.
